Actualised Leadership
The Actualised Leadership Profile (ALP) helps you discover your leadership style, and more importantly it identifies your ‘shadow leadership traits’. These are the negative personal traits that define the limits of your performance during times of stress. Being aware of your shadow traits helps you respond more proactively during times of pressure.

Stress Management: Breathing Techniques
Control of breath is a simple yet effective way to manage emotions during times of stress.
Pranic Breathing
Simple exercise to boost your energy at any time of day.
With your eyes closed, connect tongue to upper palate.
Inhale: 6 seconds – Hold Breath: 3 seconds – Exhale: 6 seconds – Hold Breath: 3 seconds
This is one cycle. Complete five to seven cycles.
alternate nostril breathing
Helps balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems (reduce stress, anxiety, fear and balance emotions).
Fold Index and middle fingers inward towards palm. Use thumb and ring finger alternately to cover one nostril while breathing in with the other nostril. When retaining breath, use thumb and ring finger to cover both nostrils.
Use an Inhale – Retain – Exhale ratio of 1:2:2 counts as a beginner, and progress towards 1:4:2 ratio.
kapalabhati (rapid breathing technique)
Increases lung strength and helps expel stressful emotions.
Take a deep inhalation with your mouth closed and perform multiple exhalations expelling air continuously through your nostrils. Try to perform as many shallow exhalations as possible for each deep inhalation.
Mindfulness: Meditation
anapanasati (meditation on breath)
Helps develop mindfulness and improve concentration.
With eyes and mouth closed, hold your attention on the tip of your nose as you inhale and exhale through the nose. Count each inhalation-exhalation as one cycle, and count cycles of ten in ascending and (then) descending order.
metta (meditation on loving kindness)
Helps reduce negative thoughts towards self and others.
With eyes closed, focus firstly on self, secondly on loved ones, thirdly on enemies, and lastly on all beings.
“May I be happy, healthy, and free from suffering. May my loved ones be happy, healthy, and free from suffering. May my enemies be happy, healthy, and free from suffering. May all beings be happy, healthy, and free from suffering.”
You can repeat each line as many times as you wish before proceeding to the next. It helps to visualize self, loved ones, enemies and strangers as you go through the process.
walking meditation
Helps quieten mind and improve focus.
Take a deep inhalation, and while retaining breath, take as many steps as possible. Exhale slowly while standing still. Before the next inhalation, take as many steps as you can before stopping to take a long slow inhalation. Continue for five minutes to begin with and extend for up to 15 minutes.
Energy Psychology
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a universal healing tool which blends acupuncture with mind-body energy medicine. Through tapping near the end points of your energy meridians, profound shifts are initiated in your emotional and physical health.
It is an effective, non-invasive healing technique.
Matrix reimprinting
Being an energy psychology technique, this process heals negative memories trapped in the body’s energy field, thereby releasing negative feelings, naturally allowing emotional healing to take place.
Life Purpose: Soul Plan
Soul Plan is a remarkably powerful and accurate system of life purpose guidance, spiritual counselling and healing.
An interpretation of an ancient system of life purpose analysis based upon the sound vibration of your birth name, this technique works on both conscious and unconscious levels. It activates greater emotional freedom, connection, satisfaction, healing and life purpose activation in the recipient.
